Kingsfield News - December 2010
It was a pleasure for the Kingsfield Management team to Welcome the Directors and Staff of locally based and Nationally represented, FPG (Fire Protection Group), to our snow covered facilities on Friday 10th December.
It may have been cold for the past 10 days but the atmosphere created by the FPG team soon had the place warmed up and loads of laughter was registered very early on in the event proceedings.
The group were split into some amazingly named teams like Doyle’s Dollies, with each of the 7 teams having 5 members to take part in Target Golf in the heated Taylor Made Performance Centre and Laser Clay shooting in the covered golf bay area. Loads of reluctant participants were gently encouraged to take part, with a little help from the mulled wine(!) and soon the place was buzzing with excitement and wonderful Christmas Cheer(s)!
The scores were never going to be record breaking but the stances, golf strokes, banter was absolutely different class at both activities!
The time just seemed to disappear and it was soon time to move on to the Champany Inn for more wonderful Company Hospitality.
The Kingsfield Team would like to wish all the Directors and Staff of FPG a Very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year ...............and thank them for utilising our facilities in 2010.
